To celebrate the UN International Day of Happiness which took place on Friday the 20th March, the Mansion House Conference Venue Dublin hosted a breakfast seminar where a range of inspirational speakers shared their insights on happiness.
Dr Mark Rowe spoke about his 'Prescription for Happiness' where he aimed to reframe the national conversation towards positivity and possibility. The aim of this was to provide advice on improving health and wellbeing for everyone.
Nora Casey, broadcaster and publisher entrepreneur spoke about unlocking 'The Power of You' and Gerry Hussey, Elite Athlete performance consultant, spoke about how to focus on 'Maximising your talents'.
John Sweeney social entrepreneur and kindness coach and is also the founder of the suspended coffee movement also spoke on the term 'pay it forward'.
MC Ruth Scott, Radio and TV presenter was also there on the day at our Dublin Venue.
The breakfast ran from 8am and the seminar commenced at 8.30 am sharp
All proceeds on the day went to Barretstown - which works on rebuilding lives affected by childhood cancer.
