Preparations were in full swing last weekend at the Round Room Dublin Venue at the Mansion House as we geared up to greet the residents & guests of The World. This community of people has explored some of the most fascinating destinations around the world and on Saturday we welcomed them back to the Round Room for their third visit since 2010.
The guests enjoyed some of the best Irish produce that our chefs had carefully tailored and designed especially for the event. Items on the menu included- Cured Kenmare organic salmon, atlantic brown crab and apple, beetroot gel, saffron aioli, fennel purée, and Pat Clarke’s micro herbs.
Declan Gahan’s pan roasted beef fillet, pulled beef brisket bon bon, spinach and smoked garlic purée, celeriac and thyme gratin with Madeira jus.
Along with our exceptional food, the guests were entertained by Irish Coral Group ANÚNA. The Round Room really does boast the best and most extensive banqueting facilities, making us the best banqueting venue Dublin has to offer. It's is no wonder it is the venue of choice for Ireland's most fantastic Dinners, Award Show Ceremonies, product launches and Receptions.
