Chicken Run Rescue

At the Conference and Event venue, we always ensure that the food we serve is to the higest standard, we do this by working closely with our catering partners "With Taste". We were told a story recently that really shows the importance of knowing where your food is coming from.

"With Taste” chef, Russell Taylor, give a new home to a dozen chickens who were rescued from battery farms, had never seen day light and were being starved because the amount of eggs they were being forced to lay each day.

These birds were in such poor condition and are now have a new leash of life running around and living organically with Russel and laying 3 eggs daily. We think Russel is absolutly amazing for giving these birds a second chance at life!
